rOUGH OUTLINE OF PROPOSED WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS

This is the image of the property map of this part of the township with core 5 plans added for context of the size and location of the warehouse in relation to existing properties. The strips of small squares bordering the warehouse plans are all residential homes and you can see just how close they are.

Property 12.10.1.41 is currently a schoolhouse that belongs to education department, but Core5 has already made an offer for a private sale, approval of which is currently tabled until September 21, 2022.  Should they get the approved, it is not presumptuous to assume that this will become a site of yet another warehouse.

Currently other this area is forested wetlands, home to Pocono creek, our ground water supply and variety of plant and wildlife.
